Terms

Simple rules for using LensPermit.

These terms are an agreement between you and MatchPO LLC. They apply when you create an account, connect an AI app, or use LensPermit.

The main point

Your photos stay yours.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give LensPermit permission to process eligible resources from the one regular album you approve, and only to provide and protect the service.

01

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to make a legal agreement. Keep your login secure and give us accurate account information.

02

Your photos and proper use

Approve only an album containing photos you own or have permission to use. Apple does not provide durable album-only permission, so LensPermit requires Full Photos access but restricts its scanning and uploads to eligible resources in your one active approved album. Background work follows Apple’s opportunistic scheduling and is not immediate or continuous.

Do not use LensPermit to break the law, harm someone, violate another person’s rights, spread malware, or try to reach another person’s account or data.

03

Check important answers

AI can be wrong or miss something. LensPermit links answers to protected sanitized WebP source copies so you can check them. These copies are analytical aids, not original evidence or a chain-of-custody preservation system. Preserve originals separately and do not treat an AI answer as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

04

Privacy and control

The privacy notice also applies. Turning off a photo collection stops later searches and photo views and starts cleanup.

05

Billing

The current private owner-only rollout has billing disabled and creates no subscription or charge. If paid access is offered later, checkout will show the price, billing interval, amount due, and applicable terms before purchase. Stripe may process payment; LensPermit does not receive or store your full card number.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law or mandatory platform policies.

06

Service changes and responsibility

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or another person’s data at risk. We may change features, but we will not use your existing photos more broadly unless you agree.

LensPermit is provided as available. Where the law allows, MatchPO LLC is not responsible for indirect or special damages. If you paid for LensPermit, our total monetary responsibility will not exceed what you paid during the 12 months before the claim.

We will update the date above when these terms materially change. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@lenspermit.com.
